SecureAuthDesk ("we", "us") operates the website secureauthdesk.com and provides secure file transfer and sharing services for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what rights you have.

This website collects nothing automatically. It is a static site: we do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising identifiers.

  • Contact emails. If you email us (for example at enquiry@secureauthdesk.com), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in the message.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider (AWS CloudFront) keeps standard web-server logs (IP address, browser, requested page) for security and operations. These are retained for a limited period and are not linked to any profile.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to sales and support inquiries you send us
  • To set up trials or accounts you explicitly request
  • To keep the website secure and available

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

3. Who processes your data

  • Amazon Web Services — website hosting and content delivery (data may be processed in the United States)
  • Microsoft 365 — our business email system

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process contact inquiries on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your request) and, where a contract follows, contractual necessity. Technical logs are processed under our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

5. Retention

We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. Server logs are retained for a limited operational period and then deleted.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email enquiry@secureauthdesk.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Security

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS with modern TLS. Our file-transfer product is designed around end-to-end encryption and zero-knowledge architecture: files you share through the service are encrypted so that we cannot read them.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be flagged on this page before they take effect.
