1. The service

SecureAuthDesk provides secure file transfer and sharing tools for businesses, including encrypted sharing links, access controls, and audit trails. Access to the service is provided under a separate order or subscription agreement arranged with our sales team.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use SecureAuthDesk to store, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing, including malware, phishing material, or content you have no right to share. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this policy is being violated.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to files you share through the service. Because the service uses end-to-end encryption, we cannot access the content of your files and do not claim any rights over them.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and share links confidential, and for activity that occurs under them. Notify us promptly at enquiry@secureauthdesk.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Availability

We target high availability for the service, but this website and any trial access are provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Service-level commitments, where applicable, are set out in your subscription agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureAuthDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Intellectual property

The SecureAuthDesk name, logo, and website content are our property. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
